 Hey guys thanks for the response! The one I have is from "myhardwear dotcom" and yes it goes down and around the balls (has a very unique design)

There's two pieces to it, the ring and the locking clip. If you just wear the ring then it still works and is probably 60% effective when hard. Wearing the locking clip too gives maximum effectiveness (since your balls slide out with just the ring alone) I'll include some pics so you see what I mean

It feels exactly how it looks I guess, as though something is pushing down hard on the dorsal vein (I think), and like something is squeezing your balls. The closest thing I can compare it to is getting a tattoo---it's not unbearable, but you'd rather not deal with the discomfort if you didn't have to. The two main reasons I put it on is because of the huge increase in girth, and the fact that it feels desensitized a little making it easier to delay orgasm. I must admit though, the claims on the website are true, it's the biggest I've ever been---makes it difficult to put a Magnum condom on even---I started looking into Magnum XL!
