Advice: How do you manage the stressful work/life balance of this pandemic While we are almost a year and a half into this global pandemic and the office<b> culture </font></b>has shifted to a hybrid or full work from home environment the ability to juggle both work and life responsibilities have blended into one. I have been stressed out over the past couple of months with work and school (taking MBA classes) and I believe my tank is almost empty and on the verge of burnout. I just wanted to share this with this forum and ask for any helpful tips, advice or best practices you have integrated into your daily work schedule or environment that I could leverage. Try and drink and /or smoke as much as possible on your down time. It'll take the edge off. 👍 And take up a hobby; I've rediscovered my drum kit! Thanks everyone for the advice!!!!!! I will try to integrate these into my routine. Unfortunately I do not smoke so that is one thing that will be left out of the rotation
