LOL I never look at the scales. Weight is relative. It is more about how you feel about yourself and how you're carrying that weight. As we get older, a little weight is not a bad thing. But it does seem harder to get rid of. I jog 3 1/2 miles/day and eat well but I have gained back my small saddle bags. It comes from pop. But I have just bought raspberry syrup and will start drinking Constant Comment black or royal raspberry tea. VERY light on the sugar. If you ever need a pro massage, though it has been a couple of years since I retired from it, don't be shy to ask.

Planet Fitness now REQUIRES full-time mask wearing. WTF? How can you run on the dreadmill or hump your ars on the stair stepper or bicycle your booty off on the elliptical with a mask on? Plus no showers. I'm soaked by the time I'm done. I hate Illinois governor. It's nice if you have the equipment at home. I sold all mine. I have a more better workout at the gym where I push myself harder. Is that your experience?

PS, Walmart (and others) sells Bolthouse Farms protein drink. $4 for a large bottle. If I get the munchies, a cracker or two with a mouthful or two of the chocolate protein drink usually satisfies my desires.... usually. LOL

I love walking around in just barely enough to make men walk around with wood so stiff it hurts them!! Let my buttons accidentally pop open when I’m braless in a thin blouse, let my boobs jiggle in and out of my blouse.. men love watching me and I love it when men stare directly at my tits so I move or bend just enough for my breast to slide right out just a quick peek so they go home and stroke themselves for hours... I love knowing they are cumming thinking about my body and taking whatever they want... several times!! Hehe

I gained back the 13 lbs I made lost. All of Starbucks Vanilla frappuccinos does it too me. It's time to bring out Richard's DVD's since I hate getting out in the cold. Good luck with everything The Light is shinning and she is lonely and waiting in the darkness.

I turned 70 eighteen days ago. I could afford to lose weight, but more than that I walk and climb stairs every day to keep strong and help fight diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and to ward off Covid-19. I gave up trying to look sexy for women, and am putting all my effort into surviving each day. I started going naked over a year ago and truly enjoy it...except whenever I walk past a mirror. lol.
