 I limit myself to thirty minutes of reading/watching the news a day. I feel as though any more time just affects my mental health.

I usually watch the CBS news cast, then switch over to PBS for their report. With an hour long show PBS gets more news items or goes in to dept more with top stories.

 I don't have much nice to say about the candidates. The rudeness, shouting and disrespect turned me off. It's a shame our political system is so negative.
