Scammers
Scammers I've recently come across quite a few fake accounts. One of the people claimed to be on a mission in Nigeria. I played along for a little while, and eventually she said she was stuck over there and needed me to send money. Really?!?! I'm not that stupid. I guess I should be wary of any super hot girl that just opens an account and replies to me right away. Especially if they have only one picture. It just makes it hard to find the real people. |

I can easily (usually) recognize a scammer; anything that starts with "hello pretty" and the like is definitely a fake, as are those saying they're new to internet dating, a friend met his wife on a dating site, they have one darling child named (fill in the blank), they lost their lovely spouse due to (fill in the blank), and just way too much info. Finding the legitimate people may take a bit more time, but they are much easier to identify. Although I've lately been corresponding with someone and there's a little tickle of doubt in the back of my mind. Oh well, time will tell

I can see a scammer coming a mile away. The first clue is that 'she' will actually reply to me.

Pick a site any site, they'll all be loaded with fakes and scammers. It's like running into your first Rattlesnake, once you do, you know what to look for. The scams on here are a dime a dozen, for both the men and the women. Don't go off site after the first message with any of them either, unless you have a throw-away e-mail you don't mind losing. Think with your wallet, not your heart!!!
