An AGES old Law still On The Books in Wyoming ; It is illegal to spit on the sidewalk , you must spit in the street !! If a couple are walking down the street ; the women is to walk on the inside and not street side !! If street-side she is thought to be a Lady of the Night !!! In Nebraska ; If a man walks in on his wife in bed with another man , He has the right to kill his wife but can not touch the man !!!
