the power that I have assumed, I here suspend all of the bad stuff contained in bacon for today. I mean pork bacon, not that "wannabe" turkey stuff. Today, this is a quilt free zone, you can do, or admit anything bacon related! Do you like bacon? The flavor, the smell, the taste? And one very critical question ,,, soft or hard (the bacon of course)? Do you have a favorite "style" of bacon? In my extensive research, I have noticed that many countries have their own "style / cut of bacon. So lets celebrate bacon!!! One of life's guilty pleasures

 Yum bacon, I prefer crispy but not burned, it is an art to get it perfect. The smell of bacon or brewed coffee , is delightful way to wake up.

 Love everything about bacon! I prefer it to be cooked crisp but not really hard where it crumbles when you try to pick it up. Thick cut bacon. Smoked, peppered or even maple flavoring added. It's all good!

 Happy Sunday Pal, oh how I love bacon especially Hickory Smoked Applewood Bacon. But because hubby can't have it anymore I have found that Farmer John which is good bacon as well, has a low sodium bacon which is pretty good too. I hope your day is a Bacon filled one..
