Mmmmmmmm Chicken Soup


The kitchen smells SO good! I've made up a big ol batch of my 'World Famous' Jewish Penicillin. (Chicken Soup)

The weather has turned colder and well, quite frankly, I was needing some good chickie soup.

I found a big old Roaster bird, plopped him into the stock pot with celery, carrots, onions etc. Some super-secret herbs and spices and 'other stuff' cook it all down and you have meals for days.

Soup (of course)
Chicken salad from the white meat
I can make anything from the<b> dark meat </font></b>including my faves, chicken enchiladas and quesadillas

That's a lot of food from one old bird eh? LOL

 The way the temps went down these past couple of days, a nice warm chicken soup sounds mighty good
