Got to get this off my chest.

We live in a society where there is danger in every corner. Yes, this is a sex site but shouldn't we be careful when we go to meet people? I am talking to men and women. I am an older woman in age, not in spirit. I have had to take on some additional work since the passing of my husband and it tends to make life a little hard to navigate. I want to have fun really i do but home comes first. I am a lady first, and anything else that happens is an added plus for both of us. I had posted in an earlier blog about going dutch on a date. But having sex anywhere other than the bed I find fault with, I know sometimes when you take a date home and as the night is winding down things get heated up and the windows get steamy and passion starts to explode, that's what happens at the end of a fabulous date not where the date starts. I made a mistake last night but for health reasons I can't do a lot of late night traveling but then again I have never met the nice young man so I was not comfortable traveling to his home. I have spoke with him online and texts but not met him personally. I feel bad things went south but I stand by my morals meet first sex later, much later if you are still nervous after meeting and hope he or she understands. Was I a tad hasty? Should I have made the trip? I am alive and well and if that is fine with me. I feel somewhere down the road i will be back on the dating scene and a nice warm bed and strong warm arms await me, I can wait I rather be safe than sorry. Am I wrong? Love you guys, you always tell me the truth..................................

 We are of a generation, where respect and courtesy was almost taken for granted when it came to dating and courting a lady.
Although I try to keep up with the times, and grasp new concepts, attitudes and even language, I remain steeped in the way I was brought up and educated.
There will be those who wish to take advantage and abuse your trust; but there will be others who will treat you as you deserve - and I hope you find him.
