Kegel Toys I still want the kegel exerciser which comes with a phone app so you can track your points etc... it just seems like too much fun. I mean... in a "video game" sort of way. Forget the kegel exercises lol... that's just a side bonus. However, I was checking out the local adult store online (I have a buy one/get one 50% off coupon) and found these: Lovelife Flex Kegel Weights  And I really do want to try kegel weights /<b> ben wa balls </font></b>/ whatever some day. And... look... hearts! I  hearts to a ridiculous degree.Some items I own: Tart molds. Ice cube trays. Cake pans. Bread pan. To name a few. Why not heart-shaped kegel weights? On the other hand... I hate spending $ on sex toys without some sort of "guarantee" they work. Has anybody used these? Opinions? I will probably continue to look and not buy. There are plenty of other things to spend money on and to save money for. |

very interesting! I have never heard of a Kegel exerciser, but I have heard of Ben Wa balls. I can tell you that I have personally benefited from a woman's use of Ben Wa balls to strengthen her vaginal muscles and it is a GREAT thing. I love to see you taking your New Year's resolution to be more adventurous to heart. I think you could really have a LOT of fun with these. You go, girl!! I've obviously never used any of those you've mentioned but I have spent quite a few $$ on toys with mediocre results. You can't return them or sell them after you use them so they end up just getting thrown away. I can understand the reluctance to buy something without some kind of guarantee. AB No Bozos

The double heart toy reminds me of one I saw a while back: It was two rubber balls (you'd need to check for latex) attached by a cord. Each of the balls was weighted with a jiggling ball bearing inside. One ball was meant for internal use, while the other was supposed to be externally applied, for lack of a better term. Of course this is just a serving suggestion, and your mileage may vary. In general, there is a correlation between price and quality of sex toys. Not always, but it's rarer to get an inexpensive one that really works well, especially if there is any sort of motor or motion involved. Kegel? I can't speak to that, of course, but the above toy definitely seems to make people happy! If you look at the Aneros Evi on Amazon, it seems to have some pretty good reviews. Then there are the one-pound stainless steel barbells that you can walk around with to really build up the muscles' grip.
